Sonja is a dedicated and passionate member of the Extreme K-9 team! With over two years of experience as our Office Manager, Sonja is embarking on a new journey as a dog training apprentice. Her growing fascination with canine behavioral psychology stems from her academic background in Integrative Biology at the University of Illinois, where she focused on mammal behavior and ecology. Outside of work, she nurtures her love for nature by tending to her garden, caring for her chickens, exploring trails, and foraging for wild edibles. Her own pup Rylie keeps her on her toes and inspires her to continue learning.
